1. About Client Onboarding

ArthaVidhi Investment Advisors LLP (“ArthaVidhi”) is a SEBI Registered Investment Adviser (RIA).

Before providing investment advisory services, ArthaVidhi follows a structured onboarding process in accordance with the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013, SEBI Master Circular for Investment Advisers, and other applicable regulatory guidelines.

The onboarding process includes Know Your Client (KYC) verification, risk profiling, execution of an Investment Advisory Agreement, and disclosure of advisory services and fees.

Currently, the Arthavidhi website serves as an informational platform. The actual onboarding process is conducted through appropriate regulatory-compliant channels. This page is intended to inform prospective clients about the onboarding and KYC requirements.

2. Purpose of KYC (Know Your Client)

4. Client Onboarding Process

Step 1 – KYC Verification

Clients must complete KYC verification through an authorized KYC Registration Agency (KRA) or the Central KYC (CKYC) registry.

Step 2 – Risk Profiling

ArthaVidhi conducts a risk profiling assessment to understand the client's financial goals, investment horizon, and risk tolerance.

Step 3 – Suitability Assessment

Based on the client's risk profile, appropriate investment strategies are determined.

Step 4 – Investment Advisory Agreement

A formal Investment Advisory Agreement is executed before advisory services are provided.

Step 5 – Fee Disclosure

Advisory fees, service scope, and payment terms are clearly disclosed prior to engagement.
